Keto Lasagna – Low Carb

I made this thinking it was going to be nothing like the real thing, lasagna is one of my boyfriends favorites so no pressure! This recipe turned out amazing!!! I promise you it’s the best Keto meal Iv made so far its Sooo Good! Starting ant diet never mind Keto is hard and this recipe definitely took all my craving away!

Ingredients

  • 3 thinly sliced zucchini / Courgette
  • half a pack of minced beef
  • Half pack sliced  mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of Passata ( choose the lowest sugar & carb sauce you can find)
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • grated cheddar cheese

Pre heat oven to 170, Peel & thinly slice zucchini in to long strips. You could blot with a paper towel  but I forgot & it still turned out perfect!

Brown the ground beef in a pan over nearly browned add mushrooms and passata sauce.  Session to taste.

On a medium low heat add the cream to a saucepan & add Parmesan cheese cook till melted and thick this is your white sauce.

Layer into a small casserole dish meat, zucchini, white sauce, meat, zucchini, white sauce, and top with grated cheese I used cheddar cheese but you could us mozzarella.

Place in the oven & cook for 30 minutes. Once cooked serve with a side salad.
